Normally the idea behind the daily play posts was to play for 6 days then sum up what the game was like to play at the end. Along the week posting different features as we go along. This game I think needs longer than 6 days, so I’m going to continue playing so I can get a better feel for it. Not because it is bad, but because a lot of the features require unlocking as you progress through the game. To be honest in the first few days I was a little underwelmed by it, but as the time goes on and I get better at different skills, and level etc I can see that it does have an appeal to me.
Today I managed to raise enough money to buy a cheap melee weapon and some cheap armour.
Not sure how helpful they will be to me yet, but I really wanted to see what they looked like in the inventory, call me sad but that is how I play.
I’ve also decided that the first house is not really worth buying as it only adds 10 happy more than the start house, so I will save up until I can afford the next one, in fact I am not even sure that getting that house is worth it. So its a choice between raising almost $10k of cash or $35k, and as it takes so long to raise money, although it is getting better. I will over the next week consider joining a gang and seeing if that’s a way to get extra cash from wages or other helpful things.
I’m also interested to see what effects me buying these new weapons has on the offline attacks I am getting, not that bothered about the attacks, as it gives me something to work towards, returning the favour later is always fun.
